The plans and forms of emerging cities have been developed based on various aspects. For instance, since the past few decades, one of the native urban structure of the Arabian gulf region has changed in a dramatic sense in terms of its settlement levels and morphology. Doha has been referred to as a fragmented citywhere there are several mega state of art projects and an infrastructure network which is quite developed \cite{Rizzo_2014} (fig-5). On the other hand, one issue present is that various negative influences have increased the congestion of the traffic, carbon emissions, and air pollution .There is a need to take in account the project qualities -on building scale as part of the development strategy at the urban scale \cite{Salama_2016}.The city now maintains a fragmented urban structure due to unaccounted forms of segregation between functions , building typologies and social groups.
Doha is a core of an ambitious vision, Qatar 2030, and being an emerging cityit must enhance growth and development over an urban and building scale keeping in mind resiliency and sustainability. The current neighborhood development and its level of urban sustainability are being influenced by the rapid growth taking place in Doha. Hence, this research will concentrate its attention on enhancing urban QOL with a focus on the well-being aspect.
