Key clinical message
Bing-Neel syndrome is a very rare condition referable to an infiltration
of the central nervous system by tumoral cells during Waldenström’s
macroglobulinemia and commonly appears as small size lesions. We report
this exceptional case of a Bing-Neel tumor mimicking a huge intracranial
meningioma as well as its successful management.
