Case history/ examination
A 56-year-old man was admitted after an incidental discovery of a fronto
parietal lesion on a craniofacial computed tomography Scan (CT scan)
performed for the investigation of a mandibular tumefaction. His past
medical history was remarkable for pulmonary tuberculosis treated 25
years ago. Clinical examination was uneventful apart from a left
mandibular tumefaction.
