Granulocyte-colony stimulating factor-producing uterine cervical cancer
treated with chemoradiotherapy: A case report with mutation analysis and
literature review
Abstract
Granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (G-CSF)-producing uterine cervical
cancer (UCC) is a rare aggressive disease. We report a case of
G-CSF-producing UCC treated with chemoradiotherapy. Target-capture
sequencing results indicate that G-CSF-producing UCC is genetically
distinct from other UCCs, warranting further research to establish
specific treatment strategies.
