Abstract
Differential diagnoses of patients with multiple bony lesions that are
confined to one side of the body should include polyostotic fibrous
dysplasia with and without McCune-Albright Syndrome, particularly if
there is no history of malignancy. Lesion biopsy ultimately provides the
