Consumption of Japanese cuisine, such as sushi and sashimi, is
accompanied by the risk of food poisoning through various pathogens.
Kudoa hexapunctata, detected in both adult and juvenile Pacific bluefin
tuna, causes foodborne diseases. Here, we report cases of food poisoning
