and maggot biodebridement
Abstract
We present a case of a young woman with a mangled leg, that could be
salvaged with a combination of negative pressure wound therapy,
Matriderm® augmented split-skin grafting, and maggot biodebridement. The
aim of this case report is to outline alternative treatment options in
severe soft tissue injuries.
