Lung cancer-associated cognitive impairment in a patient with
Alzheimer’s disease pathology: A case report
Abstract
Pathologic amyloid β and tau protein accumulation in the cerebral cortex
does not necessarily lead to a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease. Our
current report presents a patient with Alzheimer’s disease pathology who
presented general cognitive impairment we considered derived from the
lung cancer itself, without metastasis.
