Author ProfileAbstract
We present the case of a 35-year-old male with no medical history who
presented with pancytopenia and melena and was found to have PNH in the
setting of acute COVID-19 infection. Other infectious, autoimmune, and
malignant etiologies were ruled out. It is unclear if this was an
acquired PIG-A mutation.27 Feb 2021Submitted to Clinical Case Reports 01 Mar 2021Submission Checks Completed
