A young girl post-stick injury presented with traumatic cataract and
lens neovascularization in OS and iris coloboma, key whole pupil, and
cataractous changes in OD. Fundoscopy revealed chorioretinal coloboma OD
and retinal detachment on B scan OS. In view of guarded visual
