Abstract
There has been an increased prevalence of Group B Streptococcal disease
over the last two decades with a mortality rate of ∼25% for invasive
infection. We report a patient whom we discovered Monoclonal B cell
Lymphocytosis that led to disseminated GBS disease . Likely source was
asymptomatic bacteriuria following TURP
