Abstract
we described an 87-year-old man who presented with fever and hemoptysis.
Nosocomial pneumonia was initially impressed. However, the patient has
worsening hemoptysis despite defervescence. Computed tomography of chest
disclosed ruptured thoracic aortic aneurysm. Emergent surgery was then
