Abstract
Paclitaxel-coated balloons have demonstrated improved efficacy compared
with uncoated percutaneous transluminal angioplasty for femoropopliteal
artery disease. While applying a long balloon, twisting of the balloon
can be occurred. We reported two cases with twisting of the Ranger
