Congenital Self-healing Reticulohistiocytosis - An Atypical Presentation
Acquired in a 10-month-old
Abstract
Congenital self-healing reticulohistiocytosis of Hashimoto and Pritzker
(CSHR), a form of Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis (LCH), is a rare benign
proliferative disorder that typically self-resolves at 6 months. We
present an atypical case of CSHR with first onset at 10 months of age
which showed histologic features of LCH.
