We present a case of a 3-year-old child with ventricular septal defect
and infective endocarditis with mycotic pulmonary artery aneurysm. The
case highlights the role of CT angiography in the diagnosis and
characterization of aneurysm and in demonstrating the extent of
thrombo-embolic complications in distal pulmonary arteries and lung
