Abstract
Duodenal diverticula perforation due to an impacted bezoar is a rare
disease. Surgical treatment is associated with high rates of
complications and mortality; therefore, treatment strategies must be
carefully decided. Endoscopic treatment offers significant benefits to
patients over surgery.
