A 37-year-old woman with chronic progressive myelopathy and
syringomyelia and scoliosis presented with difficulty in walking at
presentation. Dorsal CVJ CSF collection and adhesive arachnoiditis,
compressing cerebellum, brainstem and upper cervical spinal cord with
