A 22-year-old male was admitted to our hospital after taking 2450 mg of
pilsicainide. On admission, the patient was in cardiac arrest, and
percutaneous cardiopulmonary support was introduced to maintain his
circulation. After three days of intensive care, he was no impaired
consciousness and transferred another hospital for psychological
