Brucellosis is a thousand-face disease and a common zoonotic infection
in the endemic region. A 42-year-old female was admitted with
sternoclavicular arthritis and breast abscess. After laboratory
investigation and imaging, positive serological test results and
positive blood culture for brucella revealed acute sternoclavicular
