Porocarcinoma is a rare type of skin cancer that develops from the intraepidermal ductal part of eccrine sweat glands. It can arise de novo or from poroma ground with high potential for locoregional metastatic spread, morbidity, and mortality. It mostly occurs in elderly patients.

We report the case of a patient for whom surgical hemostasis of gastrointestinal bleeding from a splenic artery pseudoaneurysm that developed due to gastric ulcer penetration was achieved with resuscitative endovascular balloon occlusion of the aorta.

This report describes a case of spontaneous cerebrospinal fluid leak through a narrow canal-like fistula in the lateral wall of the sphenoid sinus, which was managed through rigid reconstruction. Rigid reconstruction of the skull base was performed by fitting a pile-shaped bone into the fistula like the pile-driving technique.

Therefore, it should be considered as a significant differential diagnosis in abdominal pain or umbilical discharge patients. We present a case of refractory follicular lymphoma who relapsed after two CAR-T infusions and achieved a complete remission after treatment with obinutuzumab and lenalidomide. We present a 77-year-old Japanese woman who was diagnosed with eosinophilic myocarditis using endomyocardial biopsy, 7 days after receiving the second dose of BNT162b2 COVID-19 vaccine. Methylprednisolone pulse therapy was effective.
