A 3 years old child presented with recurrent chest pain for 3 months, echocardiography showed a thorn inside left ventricle, patient diagnosed as foreign body plus infective endocarditis, received proper treatment, and operation done after inflammatory reaction subsided.

Sarcoidosis, a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown etiology, can affect any site in the body. A bone lesion was unexpectedly detected by fluorodeoxyglucose position emission tomography/computed tomography (FDG PET/CT) in a patient with multiorgan sarcoidosis. FDG PET/CT should be considered for the detection of clinically silent lesions of sarcoidosis.

This case is about a child who had a ventriculoperitoneal shunt due to a hydrocephalus related to a cystic craniopharyngioma. Postoperative, he presented abdominal distension and meningismus. Imaging showed regression of the tumor. The cyst was drained by the shunt. No previous similar situations was reported in the literature.

Ossification of stylohyoid chain corresponds to the ossification of stylohyoid ligament that can vary from thin short to thick long ossification and can be associated with other calcifications. We report in this case a bilateral non painful complete ossification of the stylohyoid complex extended to the thyrohyoidien ligament.

A 50-year-old woman with adrenal Cushing’s syndrome and chronic hepatitis C developed an acute exacerbation of chronic hepatitis C before adrenectomy. After administration of Glecaprevir/Pibrentasvir was started, her transaminase levels normalized promptly and a rapid virological response also was achieved. We report a preterm male neonate presenting with a skeletal dysplasia associated with multiple congenital anomalies. Radiologic findings and genetic studies are consistent with spondylocostal dysostosis (SCD) and autosomal dominant brachydactyly. This is the first case report of spondylocostal dysostosis and brachydactyly associated with TBX6 and IHH variants.
