Shaik Jani Babu received the B.Tech degree from Vasireddi Venkatadri Institute of Technology, Guntur, India, in 2013 and the M.Tech degree from National Institute of Technology (NIT) Hamirpur, India, in 2016. In 2017, he joined Shiv Nadar University as a Ph.D. student. His Ph.D. work investigated the impact of reliability issues on CMOS circuits and proposed a reliable-aware design of neuromorphic circuits.
His research interests include analyzing the impact of reliability issues on CMOS mixed-signal VLSI circuits, designing energy-efficient and reliable-aware neuromorphic circuits for machine learning applications.
