Abstract
Differentiating plasmablastic lymphoma and plasmablastic myeloma is
challenging due to overlapping morphological and immunophenotypical
features. This case demonstrates the difficulty to distinguish a
non-secretor myeloma with plasmablastic morphology from a plasmablastic
lymphoma and the necessity of a multidisciplinary approach to make an
accurate diagnosis because the treatment protocols are different.18 Jun 2020Submitted to Clinical Case Reports 24 Jun 2020Submission Checks Completed
