Abstract
We report a case of Plasmablastic Lymphoma occurring in a 45-year-old
HIV-negative woman involving extra nodal sites including ovary, breast
and adrenal glands. Prognostic outcomes are generally dismal. On
relapse, she received conventional as well as novel therapies and is
disease free now, two years post allogenic haploidentical
