Abstract
chylothorax is a relatively uncommon condition. It is characterized by
the presence of chylous rich fluid within the pleural space. Spontaneous
chylothorax usually refers to non-traumatic causes most common
malignancy and infections. we present a case of a spontaneous
chylothorax with evidence of resolution of pleural effusion without
