Abstract
Thyrotoxicosis factitia is not very uncommon. There is a high likelihood
of it being missed in our day-to-day clinical practice which can lead
not only to significant patient morbidity but also put burden on
health-care resources. We report a case masquerading as refractory
thyrotoxicosis diagnosed to have uncontrolled hyperthyroidism.
