Previously treated pulmonary tuberculosis and Corona Virus Disease -2019 predispose to CPA and other pulmonary fungal diseases due to residual lung damage. We report a case of CPA in a 63-years-old Cameroonian woman with a history of PTB, 13 months after suffering from COVID-19 and treated with itraconazole 100mg.

COVID-19, TB and HIV are infectious diseases of global public health concern. Triple Co-infection with these diseases can create a diagnostic and therapeutic dilemma. We present a case of a young Cameroonian woman with SARS-CoV-2 -- HIV-TB triple co-infection. Early diagnosis and appropriate management yielded an excellent outcome.

We are presenting a newborn with a very rare and most severe form of congenital ichthyosis that is characterized by a thick, heavily keratinized and scaly skin.

An 18-year-old female presented with hypopigmentation, ulcerative skin changes and masses of both breasts for over a year. She was referred to the Uganda Cancer Institute (UCI) with suspected inflammatory breast cancer. Radiological findings and trucut biopsy were consistent with secondary CD3+ CD20- T-cell NHL of both breasts.

An obstetric ultrasound of a multi-gravid mother at 37-week of gestation showed a female fetus with alobar holoprosencephaly, polydactyly, short ribs, narrow chest and short upper and lower extremity bones, consistent with Holoprosencephaly-polydactyly syndrome and Asphyxiating thoracic dystrophy overlap. Apgar score was 0 in the first and fifth minutes.
