Abstract
Leukonychia totalis and partialis are characterized by complete or
partial whitening of nail plate. They can be inherited or acquired.
Rarely, no cause or associations are found. Here, we report a case of a
17-year-old male with idiopathic acquired true leukonychia totalis and
partialis.
