Abstract
Chronic urinary schistosomiasis may lead to obstructive uropathy,
contracted bladder secondary to ureteral calcific fibrosis. Appropriate
surgical intervention , guided by renal function, bladder capacity and
meticulous follow-up may lead to excellent long term urogenital outcomes
