Abstract
Klebsiella pneumoniae can cause community-acquired and hospital-acquired
infection. It increases morbidity and mortality in high-risk patients.
We present a case of invasive Klebsiella pneumoniae in poorly controlled
diabetes mellitus, who ended up having a metastatic spread of Klebsiella
pneumoniae involving the liver, lungs, kidneys, brain, and muscle.
