We report a rare case of a large prolapsed pedunculated uterine myoma measuring 15cm in its greater diameter. In order to make a surgical procedure safe and feasible, appropriate clinical predictors should be taken into account and pre- and intraoperative preparations be available to the surgeon's armamentarium.

Abdominal wall endometrioma is an extremely rare entity with a precise incidence of 0.07%–0.47% remaining an insidious cause of usually delayed diagnosis. Differential diagnosis should include that rare condition and ultrasonography remains a pivotal tool to unravel that enigma as well.

Obstetric anal sphincter injury is a common complication of vaginal delivery. Such injuries are more likely to result in postpartum fecal incontinence and thus diagnosis and restoration of perineal injuries at the time of vaginal delivery is of paramount importance.
