Abstract
Three years old boy presented with recurrent severe abdominal pain. He
was treated for constipation and the pain resolved. Later he developed a
limitation of neck movements. Investigations revealed a spinal cord
mass. After surgical resection, histopathology confirmed pilocytic
astrocytoma.
