Abstract

A 55-year-old male with lumbago, with Imaging studies that showed osteoporotic fractures at T5,T8,T11,T12 and L1-L5 vertebrae secondary to Cushing disease. PV was performed with a Spine Jack® intracorporal implant device. Post-operative course demonstrated improvement of pain, height, correction of the kyphotic angle and Oswestry score, without any neurological deficit.
