Adrenergic myocarditis is a very rare manifestation of pheochromocytoma.
On the other hand, due to the pandemic situation, COVID-19 pneumonia is
now considered a differential diagnosis of patients with dyspnea. This
case illustrates diagnostic difficulties of such uncommon disease during
