Abstract
Brucellosis is a zoonotic disease with high prevalence in the Middle
Eastern countries. Psoas abscess is a rare complication of Brucellosis.
A combination of antibiotic therapy and drainage is the recommended
management. We present a 14-year-old male patient with this
complication. He was treated with oral antibiotic without drainage.
