Mesenteric Lipoma is very rare. Diagnosis is challenging because of
nonspecific clinical presentation. Complete resection of the lipoma is
proposed to relieve pain, and prevent complications. We report a case of
mesenteric lipoma revealed by chronic abdominal pain and we performed a
