Abstract
Differential diagnosis of shock occurring within few hours to
percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) performed to treat acute
ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) encompass
periprocedural complications and causes of other type, including adrenal
crisis (AC), sometimes presenting as Takotsubo syndrome.
