I am co-leading the group Infection and Immunity of Fish at INRAe. With JF. Bernardet and T. Rochat we have sequenced and annotated many genomes of Flavobacteriaceae including Flavobacterium psychrophilum, a serious pathogen of salmons and trouts. We developed molecular typing schemes (MLST, mPCR, cgMLST) for epidemiological purposes, established transcriptomics profiles in various conditions (chips and RNAseq), improved genetic tools as well as rainbow trout infection models of flavobacteriosis
