Abstract

Pseudoachalasia is an uncommon disorder, mainly caused by malignancy. To our knowledge, no cases of a signet-ring cell carcinoma of the non-ampullary duodenum revealed by pseudoachalasia were previously reported. Early identification of malignancy-associated pseudoachalasia is crucial to avoid delaying adequate treatment.
