Abstract: Multirooted supernumerary tooth is a rare finding, which predisposes to various malocclusion. The present case report depicts the presence of a multirooted supernumerary tooth in the anterior maxilla just adjacent to the midline in a 24-year-old patient. Desmoplastic fibroblastoma is a benign soft tissue tumor of fibroblastic and myofibroblastic origin. The present case report depicts an unusually large desmoplastic fibroblastoma, in a 50-year-old female. The lesion presented on the left side of the face, mimicking a soft tissue malignancy.
