In receptors of solid organ transplant, calcineurin inhibitors has
become a pillar of immunosuppressive treatment. Several case reports
have shown hypertrophic and dilated cardiomyopathy as a side effect of
tacrolimus. We present the case of a woman receptor of a kidney
