Most arrhythmias associated with Metronidazole overdose are related to the co-ingested drugs as Metronidazole affects the metabolism of these drugs. In this case, ventricular fibrillation occurred in a young patient who overdosed on Metronidazole without preexisting medical conditions or any other known drug ingestion, which was never reported before

Bell's palsy is an acute peripheral facial paralysis commonly associated with viral infections. COVID-19 may be a potential cause of peripheral facial paralysis and other neurological manifestations. We report a case of Bell's palsy due to COVID-19 infection in a previously healthy 35 -year- old male.

Appropriate management for such cases depends on the characteristics of the injury, The treatment should aim to preserve the radial head to avoid complications.
