Abstract
Nowadays apparently harmless Candida species especially rare ones, cause
a rising number of infections. We report the first case of
conjunctivitis due to Candida metapsilosis obtained from the eye
discharge of 40-day-old girl with congenital heart disease admitted in
the ICU. The isolate was resistant to fluconazole, anidulafungin and
