Abstract

Malakoplakia is an uncommon granulomatous disease that occurs in immunocompromised individuals. It's thought to be caused by macrophagic bactericidial defect. We report a rare case of breast malakoplakia in a pregnant 35 ears-old woman that mimicked malignancy.
