Esophageal lung is a rare congenital malformation. We present a
full-term infant with an esophageal lung presenting as a white lung,
dysmorphic features, and VACTER association. Right pneumonectomy was
successfully performed. This is the first report of esophageal lung
associated with the VACTER group of anomalies combined with dysmorphic
