Prostate cancer is one of the most common cancers that metastasize to
the bone. bone metastasis is usually osteoblastic, and diffuse
osteolytic lesion on presentation is unusual. Here, we are reporting MRI
image of patient presented with diffuse osteolytic lesion and found to
