We describe the case of a Jehovah's witness patient undergoing pelvic
exenteration for recurrent endometrial carcinoma, focusing on the
preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative measures that allowed
uncomplicated surgeries. Our case shows that pelvic exenteration is
feasible in patients refusing blood products, if performed with a
multidisciplinary team and careful planning.30 Jan 2023Submitted to Clinical Case Reports 20 Feb 2023Submission Checks Completed
