Penile self-mutilation is an infrequent form of self-harming behavior
seen primarily in patients with schizophrenia spectrum disorders and
rarely reported in those with major depressive disorders. We herewith
present a major depression related case of penile self-mutilation
successfully managed by macroscopic penile re-implantation performed 8
