Abstract
Iliac artery injuries from gunshot wounds are very rare and lethal
injuries associated with high mortality rate. Concurrent ballistic
external iliac artery and bladder injuries resulting in an acute
ilio-vesical shunt or fistula and discovered at the time of presentation
