Experienced faculty (Associate Professor) with more than 13 years of teaching, research, supervision, and administrative experience in the higher education industry (University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh, Griffith University, Australia, and Concordia University, Canada). Skilled in Core Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Transfer Learning, Explainable AI, Data Science, Medical Image Analysis, Wearable Sensor Data Analysis, Speech and Audio Processing, and Image Processing. Programming skills include Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, OpenCV, Matlab, C/C++, Java, MySQL, and PHP. In addition, I have gained three years of industrial collaborative research experience in Canada and 3.5 years of collaborative research experience in Australia. In recent years, I have gained a deeper knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithm implementation with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras including GPU programming for big data processing in the Linux platform. My current research interest is to design machine learning and deep learning algorithms for big data analysis, including but not limited to medical image analysis, wearable sensor data analysis, speech and audio processing, and computer vision applications.
