Cameron M. Pike (M’86–SM’14) was born in Milwaukee, WI, USA in 1966. He received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Iowa State University, Ames, in 1988, and the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Ohio University, Athens, in 1990. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering at Ohio University, Athens.
From 1992 to 1997 he was a member of technical staff at Atlantic Aerospace Electronics Corp., Greenbelt, MD, USA, afterwards working as a consultant to government and private sector entities until 2018 when he joined GIRD Systems, Inc., Cincinnati, OH, USA as a Principal Member of R&D Staff.
He was a Stocker Fellow (1988-1990) and Robert H. Josselson Fellow for Electrical Engineering (2016-2018) at Ohio University, Athens, OH. He is author and coauthor of several publications available on ieeexplore.ieee.org, and the inventor of “Feedback-controlled biased inverting limiter for RFI suppression,” U.S. Patent 8 731 120, May 20, 2014.
